At Etnies, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
